Our Story
Linemate was built by founders with deep experience in B2B SaaS and frontline operations across retail, F&B, hospitality, and multi-location businesses.
We saw the same problem everywhere: companies invest in software, but frontline adoption remains incredibly low. The last mile of operations is still broken.
That's why we built Linemate differently.
Instead of introducing another app, we turned WhatsApp into an operations platform that helps businesses manage daily execution, audits, SOP compliance, issue resolution, communication, and training — all through a channel employees already use every day.
